Self Awareness

When people feel well, organisations work well.

I work with professionals and organisations across Australia to build genuine, lasting workplace wellbeing — through individual coaching, evidence-based programs, and practical leadership development that gets results.

Whether you're an individual navigating a difficult season at work, or an organisation trying to support your people and meet your obligations under Australia's evolving WHS psychosocial safety legislation, I can help.

Every service I offer is grounded in evidence, delivered with warmth, and designed to make a measurable difference — to the people in the room, and to the organisation they belong to.

Leadership and wellbeing, grounded in real-world experience.

With almost 30 years of experience in social work, human services, disability, health and community services, Amanda brings a deeply practical and human approach to organisational wellbeing. Her work is informed by decades of experience across rural Queensland, metropolitan Perth and more than 25 years in the disability sector.

As the founder of Connect Case Management, Amanda built and led a dynamic allied health team for a decade before selling the business. She now serves on its Board of Advisors and continues to support organisations through leadership development, wellbeing programs, facilitation and evidence-based assessment tools.

This is work that sits at the intersection of people, culture and performance.

Not fluffy. Not generic. Not a box-ticking exercise.

Practical, reflective and designed to help people build the self-awareness required for real change.

Understand how you show up.

The way people communicate, respond to pressure, manage conflict and relate to others shapes the health of a workplace.

Amanda helps individuals and teams make those patterns visible, then turn insight into action.

Through guided conversations, workshops and validated tools such as the Life Styles Inventory and Group Styles Inventory, Amanda supports people to better understand their behaviours, strengthen relationships and build more constructive ways of working.

When people understand themselves, they can lead with more intention, respond with more clarity and contribute with more care.

Difference

Why this approach works.

Many wellbeing programs focus on symptoms. Amanda’s work goes deeper.

She helps organisations explore the behaviours, expectations, pressures and communication patterns that influence wellbeing every day.

This approach combines leadership insight, emotional literacy, practical tools and evidence-based assessment, helping people build awareness first, then create change that can be sustained.

Awareness is the starting point. Sustainable change is the goal.
