Workshops

Thoughtful workshops for real
workplace change.

Interactive sessions designed to help people build awareness, strengthen resilience and develop healthier ways of working together.

Amanda’s workshops are practical, reflective and grounded in real workplace experience.

Each session creates space for learning, conversation and action. Participants are supported to explore topics such as stress, resilience, emotional intelligence, communication, self-awareness and psychosocial safety in a way that feels relevant and useful.

Workshop types

Find the right starting point for your team.

Each workshop is designed to address a specific and common workplace challenge. Most organisations benefit from more than one — the sequence below is the recommended starting point.

1 Priority one

Psychosocial Hazards & Mentally Healthy Workplaces

Are you meeting your legal obligations?

Under Australian WHS legislation, employers now have a legal duty to identify and manage psychosocial hazards — not as best practice, but as a legal requirement. If a team member experiences a mental health crisis at work, could your organisation demonstrate it took reasonable steps to prevent it? This workshop helps you understand your obligations, assess your current risk exposure, and put protective practices in place before an incident forces the conversation.

2Priority two

Leadership & Self-Awareness

Is leadership driving wellbeing — or undermining it?

Research shows that up to 70% of team culture and wellbeing is shaped by the people leading it. If your leaders are under pressure, reactive, or unaware of how their behaviour lands on others, the whole team feels it — in morale, performance and retention. Investing in any other wellbeing program before addressing leadership is building on an unstable foundation. This workshop helps leaders understand their own patterns and make deliberate choices about how they show up for their teams.

3Priority three

Resilience & Self-Care

Are your people running on empty?

Burnout, absenteeism and stress-related leave are among the most costly problems organisations face — and the hardest to reverse once they take hold. When people are operating beyond their capacity, everything suffers: decision-making, relationships, output and retention. This workshop gives your team evidence-based, practical tools to manage their own energy, build healthier responses to pressure and sustain their performance over the long term — not just get through the week.

4 Priority four

Emotional Literacy at Work

Do your people know how to have the hard conversations?

Most workplace conflict isn’t caused by bad intentions — it’s caused by people who don’t have the language or confidence to navigate emotional situations constructively. When teams can’t talk about what’s really happening, tension goes underground, trust erodes, and small problems become big ones. This workshop gives your team a shared framework for recognising and responding to emotions in ways that build connection and psychological safety rather than create more friction.

5Priority five

Team Communication & Culture

Is your team culture working for you or against you?

Poor communication sits behind most team failures — missed expectations, unresolved tension, decisions that don’t stick, and good people who eventually leave. Culture doesn’t shift by accident; it’s built through consistent, deliberate practice. This workshop helps your team develop the habits and shared norms that make honest, constructive conversation the default — strengthening trust, reducing friction and creating an environment where people actually want to do their best work.
