Individual Coaching

Individual Coaching
Each session is led by what matters most to you. We might explore patterns of thinking, how you’re relating to the people around you, what you need to feel sustainable in your role, or decisions you’re sitting with. The work is reflective, practical, and grounded in your real experience — not a generic framework.
Sessions are typically 60 minutes, held fortnightly or monthly, and can be delivered online or in person.
Organisations that provide access to coaching typically see reduced absenteeism, stronger retention, and faster recovery from workplace stress events. For high-value employees — those in complex roles, managing teams, or navigating significant change — it’s often far less costly than turnover or extended leave.
There’s also a compliance dimension worth naming. Under Australia’s Work Health and Safety legislation, employers now have a legal duty of care for psychosocial safety — not just physical safety. Managing risks like workload, role clarity, interpersonal conflict, and traumatic events is no longer optional; it’s a regulatory obligation. Individual coaching is one of the most direct ways to fulfil that duty for individuals who are struggling or at risk.
Coaching can be arranged discreetly for individuals, or as part of a broader wellbeing or EAP offering. I’m happy to discuss what would work best for your team.
